Erik ten Hag reveals details of his dinner meeting with Sir Alex Ferguson
Manchester United manager Erik Ten Hag has had a meeting with Sir Alex Ferguson ahead of a clash with Barcelona on Thursday.

Manchester Unitedlegend Sir Alex Ferguson on Tuesday evening.
The Dutchman who become Manchester United’s manager last summer has transformed the club, with the Red Devils battling for trophies on four fronts this season.
In his press conference ahead of the game against
Barcelonain the Europe League, Ten Hag was asked about his meeting with Ferguson.
"I always enjoy speaking with those who have a lot of knowledge, experience. He wants to share it. He feels Man Utd is his club, he is so committed, he wants us to do well. It was a great night, I look forward to the next one.”
Ten Hag also said he and his players are relishing the upcoming big matches against Barcelona and Newcastle in the EFL cup final on Sunday.
"We all want to play big games, big matches,"
he said.
"When we are young, we dream of it. We are now in a position through February [to have] big games coming up.
"We really enjoy it. We are really looking forward to it. We're really excited, and we have to give our best, because we want to match with the best.”
The first leg of the Europe League playoff round finished 2-2 at Camp Nou last week. Manchester United has not won a trophy since 2017.
