Bayern’s Rummenigge says he wouldn't sell Bellingham at any price

Ahead of the upcoming Der Klassiker, Bayern CEO praised the Dortmund superstar as the 19-year-old midfielder is attracting the attraction of Liverpool and Real Madrid for his incredible Bundesliga performances.

Ahead of Bayern's this Saturday's Der Klassiker, the

Bayern

CEO, Karl-Heinz Rummenigge, believes the Dortmund midfielder’s qualities would have made him priceless at Allianz Arena.

Dortmund is reportedly open to cash in from

Jude Bellingham

, who joined the club in 2020 if a big enough offer tempts them with

Real Madrid

and

Liverpool

strongly linked with a move for the English midfielder.

However, the Bayern CEO believes their rival’s midfielder is priceless. He told

Funke Mediengruppe:

<em>

"As a rule, Bayern Munich do not need to sell players in order to improve their balance sheet.

"At Dortmund, there is already talk of Bellingham leaving. Bayern would not sell such a player."

Already making 17 senior caps for England,

Rio Ferdinand

believes Bellingham is ahead of any other midfielder like Lampard and Gerrard at the same age.

"

What he's doing in his position at his age, we haven't seen,"

Ferdinand told

BT Sport

.

"The best of our generation, [Frank] Lampard, [Steven] Gerrard, [Paul] Scholes, [Patrick] Vieira, Roy Keane, they weren't doing this.

"He's still got to go on and prove it over a long period of time, but they weren't doing what he is doing right now [at the same age]. Influencing games at this level, captaining teams at this level, and mentally this kid's a beast."
