Cuadrado is happy with Juventus' summer signings ahead of new season

With Massimiliano Allegri back in the dugout, the Bianconeri have brought in the likes of Angel Di Maria and the returning Paul Pogba on free transfers, as well as Bremer from Torino. The Colombian wingback admits he’s optimistic about Juventus's future.

Marco Da Graca and Mattia Compagnon on target at the Allegiant Stadium were on target for Juventus in their 2-0 friendly victory over Mexican side Guadalajara in Las Vegas in the Bianconeri’s preseason tour.

Cuadrado

told the post-match interview:

"[It was] a beautiful evening, even if it was a friendly match.

"For us, it is always important to seek victory, and we have. Chivas are a good team, but we now want to also do well in the next matches.

"A very strong Juve is being born, with many quality players, great new arrivals."

When asked what the boss was asking of them in pre-season, Cuadrado replied:

"Run, run, run

."

Struggling in the beginning parts of the last season, the Italian giants picked up under head coach Massimiliano Allegri and finished fourth in Serie A. Giorgio Chiellini left

Juventus

at the end of the season after his contract expired and they also sold Matthijs de Ligt to Bayern Munich for €80m. Allegri’s side signed Angel Di Maria, Paul Pogba, and most lately,

Bremer

from Torino for a €50m fee.

Juventus will face Barcelona on Tuesday before facing the Blaugrana's arch-rivals, Real Madrid on Saturday ahead of their new Serie A season.
