Real Madrid wants to loan out Reinier Jesus to Benfica
The Brazilian star will probably spend another season on loan in another team.
Reports indicate that
Reinier Jesus, the 20-year-old midfielder of
Real Madrid, will probably go to
Benficaon loan.
Jesus could not repeat the success of other Brazilians of Real Madrid and is still trying to prove his abilities. After the farewell of the legend of the club, Marcelo, now Casemiro, Vinicius Jr. and Rodrygo Goes are three Brazilian players of Real Madrid who have played an important role in the recent successes of the team. They won the La Liga and Champions League titles last season and are enjoying good run at the Santiago Bernabeu.
However, Reinier has spent the last two seasons on loan at Borussia Dortmund and has played a total of just 741 minutes for his team. He has played an average of 19 minutes in the 39 games he has played for Dortmund.
Thus, returning to Real Madrid is not among his options and Los Blancos plans to loan him to Benfica. Of course, it is not yet clear how his salary will be paid, but it will probably be divided 50-50 between the two clubs.
