Los Angeles FCforward Carlos Vela as his new teammate gets ready to move to California.

But Vela, who has been one of LAFC's best players this season, says that the veteran attacker can't expect an easy ride and must be ready to work hard to earn his spot when training starts. When asked what Bale can do, Vela said at a press conference, "If he comes in with a good mind and a good attitude, he will be really important because he's a big player."
"He comes from
Real Madrid
, so I don't think I need to say much about him because everyone knows how good he is. I can only say that he will have to go to work, because it's not as easy as people think.
"He will be so important to us if he comes in good shape, in a good way, with a good attitude and mind. And I hope we can bring that [high] level to the team to help them win a trophy."
