Inter CEO Beppe Marotta hopes that Paulo Dybala chooses to join the Nerazzurri this summer.

as a free agent when his contract expires this summer and Inter is the frontrunners to sign him but other teams like Roma and Atletico Madrid are also interested in signing him.

Marotta today at a charity event said:

“I don’t know where Dybala will play next season.

“The hope is that he plays for us. From our point of view, we aren’t worried. We don’t have to do anything hastily. We have surely already done something in advance, staying ahead of it.

“You need creativity and courage to do certain things. It’s clear that the core of the squad will stay. We are Inter and we always want to challenge for the biggest objectives.”

CEO was also asked about Ivan Perisic who is on the brink of joining Tottenham as a free agent after rejecting Inter's offer to extend his contract.

Marotta added:

“It’s shame but he wanted to try the Premier League. We couldn’t give him a better offer.

“His choice, in simple terms, was based on a different future to what he has here. Maximum respect for this and a lot of gratitude.

“We will find the right substitute and, in any case, we’ve already got Robin Gosens who we trust and admire.”
