Juventus President Agnelli self-isolating for a positive Covid result

The Bianconeri president’s Covid-19 test has turned out positive; therefore, he will not be present when his side play in the Italian Supercup Final on Wednesday.

As per many reports in Italy,

had to self-isolate as his Covid-19 test result came out positive. The Bianconeri president, however, is vaccinated and he isn’t showing any symptoms.

Reports claim that Agnelli did not come to the Stadio Olimpico yesterday and he did not contact the team recently.

Pavel Nedved, the vice president, has also tested positive last week. Juventus vanquished

Roma

on Sunday, netting three goals in seven minutes to turn the 3-1 to 4-1 victory against Jose Mourinho’s men.

They are sitting fifth in the Serie A table, three points adrift of

Atalanta

in the fourth place but La Dea have a game in hand.

The Bianconeri are not having a good day, as

Federico Chiesa

’s knee injury was also confirmed. The 24-year-old will not feature for the remainder of the season and has to undergo surgery soon.
