Inter to hold talks with Brozovic's agents
The Nerazzurri midfielder will continue his negotiations over a new contract with the Italian giants.
Since his move from Dinamo Zagreb in 2016,
Marcelo Brozovichas established himself as a key player in Inter’s midfield. The Croatia international was
linkedwith a move away from Inter in the summer transfer window, but he is now ready to re-start the contract negotiations with the Serie A champions.
According to
La Gazzetta dello Sport
, Brozovic demands a €6m-per-season deal, while the club are offering €4m. However, the club are not keen to part ways with the experienced midfielder, planning to hold talks with his representatives in the coming days. Brozovic’s current contract at Giuseppe Meazza expires in June 2022.
Brozovic has featured in all of Inter’s Serie A matches so far this season as they sit third in Serie A with 17 points from their seven games.
