Pedro may end up playing for Sarri again

Pedro may continue his career in the Serie A with a move to Lazio.

Pedro

, who had joined

Roma

as a free agent from

Chelsea

last September, has been left out of

Jose Mourinho’s

squad, and the club has been waiting for the right offer to sell the Spanish star who has a contract with the club until June 2023.

Pedro has not even been in the team’s preseason training as Mourinho doesn’t think of him as a potential part of his project with the Giallorossi, although it seems like there are good options for the player despite Mourinho’s idea and

Maurizio Sarri’s

Lazio

can be one of his probable destinations considering his experience of working under the manager. Pedro experienced a good spell under Sarri while they both were at Chelsea, although there are other teams interested in signing the experienced player, including Sampdoria, Torino, Genoa, Real Sociedad, Valencia, Milan, and Al-Rayyan, and reportedly all of these teams have made links to see if they can sign him.

Maurizio Sarri, who came to Lazio to replace their former head coach Simone Inzaghi, has decided to change the team’s 3-5-2 formation to his favorite formation, which is 4-3-3, and to be able to lineup his players in this formation, he needs a new wide man and SportItalia’s transfer pundit Alfredo Pedulla has claimed that the 34-year-old Spaniard may be on his way to reunite with his former manager at Lazio.
