was absent in the first leg of the Champions League quarter-final against

Bayern Munich

as he tested positive for Covid-19 but he is available for the return match on Tuesday.

“PSG are one of the best clubs in the world, I’m not the only one thinking that way,”

Florenzi told PSG’s official channels

“We are a strong team, we will try to win as many games as possible and try to get to the end of things and do great in the Champions League.”

Florenzi moved to PSG from

Roma

on loan last summer, but the Ligue 1 giants are willing to make his move permanent at the end of the season.

“I’m very lucky to have people in the team like Marco [Verratti], Marquinhos, but also Mauro Icardi and Leandro Paredes, I have played with three of them in Rome and I always met Mauro in Serie A,” Florenzi said.

“They certainly helped me to fit into a group that was already solid. However, everyone was really helpful. It turns out they’re great champions with a great human side.

“Kimpembe is trying to teach me, French. He’s a great guy. We instantly became friends. He’s a great champion and a great man.”
