Vaclik set to leave Sevilla on a permanent move

With the entrance of Bounou, Vaclik got less time to play in the league competitions which might have set the 31-year-old to leave the club on a permanent move.

Tomas Vaclik

is set to leave

Sevilla

in the summer with his contract being expired in June.

The 31-year-old goalkeeper turned into the club's first choice since the time he arrived in 2018 from

Basel

.

He featured for Sevilla 91 times in all competitions from 2018 to now.

However, with the entrance of

Yassine Bounou

, Vaclil has only made three appearances for the club in the league competitions while he had been on the pitch in the last two seasons 66 times throughout the League.

Bounou entered  Ramon Sanchez-Pizjuan Stadium on a loan move in the last season and played in 18 appearances for the club on loan and was the second choice to Vaclik and played regularly in the domestic cup.

In the current campaign, he got his contract permanent in a 4-year deal and had been present on the pitch for 19 League matches ever since.

This might be one of the reasons why the 31-year-old has preferred to leave the club on a free transfer at the end of the campaign.

Sevilla, however, is rumored not to be seeing any objections to the goalkeeper's decision being made.
