Eder explains Suning comments: “I Never Gave Any Interview”

Ex-Inter attacker, Eder has rejected giving an interview in order to strike the Nerazzurri’s owners Suning yesterday.

Last weekend, Suning said that they were stopping actions at Jiangsu FC, winding up the team which won its first Chinese Super League title in November.

The 34-year-old supposedly told

Oriental Sports Daily

that Suning "

disrespected everyone

" there, but he hopes to simplify where he was speaking.

While not denying he had made the comments in question, he posted on Twitter:

“I never gave any interview to any site or newspaper.

“Somebody reported a private chat (wechat) in which the team and directors are present.

“I will only speak further ahead when everything has been sorted, thanks.”

Eder netted once in last season’s play-off final at Guangzhou Evergrande which earned the Jiangsu FC the league title.

He is currently teamless after Suning’s decision to end the business, while it is rumored that he will return to

Inter

in the January transfer window.

He aided

Inter

to achieve their long-awaited return to the UEFA Champions League under Luciano Spalletti in 2018.
