Thomas Delaney thinks that their reactions are too negative in bad situations.

Thomas Delaney

who has become a regular starter in

Dortmund

thinks that the club’s problem is that they get disappointed easily. Delaney has also talked about Edin Terzic, who has been facing so much criticism.

"He's a good trainer,"

Delaney told a group of assembled reporters,

"he communicates to us very well what the plan is and what he expects from us. I like the way he's going at the moment."

After his good performance against Augsburg, Delaney has been receiving so many positive reviews, and he has talked about the matter and also about the amount of playing time he gets.

"I feel like part of the team's leadership structure."

"We have lots of players with lots and lots of talent who are short on experience,"

he told the reporters,

"Myself, Emré Can, Marco Reus and Mats Hummels have to take some of the weight off of their shoulders because it can be very difficult at a club with such high expectations."

And about Dortmund’s performance he added:

"Our problem is that we're too impatient as a team, We slide too quickly into thinking that a setback is a disaster. Our in-game reactions are too frequently negative. We need a more positive attitude. What's missing is a bit of composure and a 'who cares?' mentality when confronting a setback because we're strong enough [to overcome it]"
