Barcelona's stadium to become Covid-19 vaccination center
Camp Nou will become the vaccination center of the northwest region of Spain.
Vaccination against Covid-19 will begin across Spain this month.
While football stadiums are not welcoming tourist for tours and fans are not allowed to visit, many stadiums will become Covid-19 vaccine injection centers. The CampNou ,
Barcelona's stadium, is one of the stadiums to be used as a vaccination center.
Marca claims that Department of Health of the Generalitat in Catalonia has made initial talks in this regard, but that the decision will probably not be made before the club's presidential election. Secretery of health , Josep Maria Argimon, said in a statement:
“We have had some first conversations with Barça. We are interested in emblematic places such as the Camp Nou or the Sagrada Família.”
The National Institute of Catalonia will also be used in the northwestern region of Spain as a vaccine injection center for Covid-19.
