“We must have respect for Barcelona” - Mauricio Pochettino

Tomorrow evening PSG play Marseille in the most important match in French football. They don't have room for error having a loss could carry them six points behind Lille at the top of the league.

news has been surrounded by PSG recently. They've been closely eyeing

Lionel Messi

for a while now.

Mauricio Pochettino, talking in his press conference before tomorrow’s match, denied speaking on Messi's future.

“We have a lot of respect for all our opponents from other teams,”

Pochettino announced.

“We must have respect for Barcelona, and right now we’re now focused on Ligue Un.”

He also approved that Neymar is experiencing gastroenteritis and the Brazilian presence in the match against Marseille is uncertain.

Messi’s deal will end this summer and his future is undecided. He’s has mentioned that he won’t decide until the end of the season, but that didn't keep PSG from considering the possibility of him joining them.

and Manchester City, are currently two of the best teams that he can join.
