, case against the La Liga giants is set to motion in court. Setien, who was released from his contract in September one month after his departure from the team, is reportedly demanding €4m as compensation.

Setien admitted that during his time with the team he was not officially informed about his sacking after he was able to manage 25 games with the team in which he lost five, drew four, and won sixteen.
