Dundee United vs. St. Johnstone postponed on account of frozen pitch
Dundee United's face-off against St. Johnstone in the Scottish Premiership has been delayed and will be rescheduled due to a frozen pitch.
The fixture was canceled just shy of two hours before the planned 3 PM commencement following a second pitch investigation at Tannadice.
The Terrors announced on Twitter:
"After a pitch inspection by the match referee, today's game has been postponed due to a small area of the pitch still not being sufficiently thawed out.
"The rearranged date will be announced in due course."
Dundee United sits 6th in the
Premiershiptable while St. Johnstone is at the 9th spot.
