Real Madrid Japanese phenomenon on his way to Getafe

Villarreal boss, Unai Emery says Real Madrid loanee, Kubo wants to leave the club.

The Japanese winger may join

Getafe

in January.

Villarreal

boss,

Unai Emery

admits that

Kubo

is looking for a way to end his loan deal with the team.

Real Madrid

bought the Japanese star from

FC Tokyo

in 2019, but have since loaned him out to

Mallorca

and

Villarreal

. Since he joined Villarreal, he hasn’t had much time to play and wants to leave the club in January.

"I asked Kubo if he wanted to stay or leave and he told me that he is looking for a way out,"

Emery said

"Take's behavior is good, he has helped us and he must continue to grow as a player.

"However, he told me he wants to leave in order to find more minutes elsewhere and that's why he wasn't in the match day squad today."

It seems that Getafe want to sign him for the second half of this season. Getafe president,

Angel Torres

has confirmed the club's interest in the Japanese winger.

An agreement must be reached between Real Madrid and Villarreal to cancel the loan deal. Since

Kubo

was not a main player in the team and was not in the squad for the game against Levante, it is probably not difficult to reach an agreement.

Real want their 19-year-old to play more minutes to improve, and maybe Getafe can give him that opportunity.
