The midfielder’s contract will come to an end in the summer and Juventus are keen on acquiring his services in the January transfer window. Rovella will join Juventus on a €9 million contract with his current team eager to make a deal before he becomes a free agent.

According to the reports, Rovella will be loaned back to Genoa until the end of the season. Genoa are hoping when their midfielder’s move is sealed, Juventus will take into consideration the transfer of Manolo Portanova. Both parties will announce the move officially when it is finalized before the resume of the season. The Genoa midfielder will make an appearance in the clash against Lazio before going against Sassuolo a few days later.

Davide Ballardini’s side is sitting near rock-bottom on the table. The Bianconeri, on the other hand, have descended from the top five, 10 points behind pace.
