Haaland says he wasn’t close to signing Juventus
Borussia Dortmund forward Erling Haaland points out that he never said he was close to joining Juventus and heaps praise on his agent Mino Riola as the best agent in the world.
“He is the best agent in the world, he’s been helping me so much, I want to continue to work with him,” Haaland said.
The Norwegian was awarded the Golden Boy on Monday ahead of Barcelona Ansu Fati.
“I am proud of it, it’s a motivation to do even better and reach new targets,” he said.
The 20-year-old denies all the rumors about joining Juventus in the past.
“Many people say it, but I never said it. I’ve been at Borussia Dortmund for only one year and I am really happy here," he concluded.
