Luis Enrique unconcerned by Man Utd links

Spain boss is focused on the upcoming World Cup and is unfazed by Old Trafford rumors.

Manchester United

has been searching the market for a new manager since the sacking of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer following the Red Devils’ 4-1 loss to

Watford

in a Premier League clash on Saturday.

There have been many speculations regarding Solskjaer’s successor since the Devils’ decided to part ways with the Norwegian manager. Former

Real Madrid

boss Zinedine Zidane had recently been linked with a move to Man Utd, however, reports suggest that the Frenchman is not interested in the Premier League job at this point.

Spain manager Luis Enrique has also been brought up as a possible option to replace Solskjaer at Old Trafford, however,

Fabrizio Romano

claims that the 51-year-old manager is not considering Utd job, as he is focused on leading La Roja to 2022 World Cup glory.

Enrique’s contract with Spain will expire after the World Cup in December 2022.
