PSG confirmed: Ramos ready to face Man City

The former Real Madrid captain is preparing for his first appearance in the Paris Saint-Germain squad

Paris Saint-Germain

defender Sergio Ramos has been named in the squad for tomorrow night's game against

Manchester City

Ramos, who left

Real Madrid

for Paris this summer as a free agent, has yet to play for his new team due to injury. He also made just 15 appearances in La Liga last season and made his last appearance in May against Chelsea in the Champions League. Mauricio Pochettino confirmed last week that Ramos is close to returning to action and that he and Marquinhos , who also missed the match against Nantes, will probably play for PSG soon.

Now Paris Saint-Germain has announced that Ramos is ready for his team's trip to Etihad Stadium tomorrow night. Paris Saint-Germain's victory in tomorrow night's match will determine the team's promotion to the next round of the competition. PSG won the previous match 2-0 and will go to Manchester to defend the victory.
