in a speech delivered to the Tulane University football team, insisting that Ronaldo always starts training before everyone and finishes it after everyone, and this is the reason behind his success.
Tulane University has been experiencing a rough season with eight defeats and only one victory in their last nine games.
Glazer and his wife are big donors of Tulane University, and his speech was for motivating the players of the American football team, and he talked about Cristiano Ronaldo’s mentality and work ethic to give the players a good example of how they can achieve their dreams in football.
"He joined us when he was 16 years old,"
Glazer said of Ronaldo, who actually joined United when he was 18

"And from the day he joined Manchester United, he was the first person to practice and the last person to leave practice.
"So great athletes don't just be great, they're not born great – they work extra hard, and they try their best and you just have to do your best.
"You have to be as focused as possible and try to achieve what you can achieve."
