The Real Madrid winger has fallen out of favour under Carlo Ancelotti.
Since his blockbuster move from Chelsea in 2019, Eden Hazard has constantly struggled for form and fitness at Santiago Bernabeu.
The Belgian star is currently fit to play, but Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelottirarely uses him
as a starter. The former Chelsea player has stuck behind Vinicius Junior in the pecking order, with the Brazilian enjoying top form.
Ahead of the international break, Belgium boss Roberto Martinez says the 30-year-old is doing everything to regain his best form.
“It’s an unusual situation. We hoped it wouldn’t go like this,”
“But this is football. I have seen that he is medically well. He is completely in form.
“We have a good relationship with Real Madrid. We know that he does extra work to maintain the best form possible.
“Eden wants to do as much as possible to reach his highest level.”
Belgium face Estonia and Wales in their upcoming World Cup qualifiers. Martinez hopes playing in the national team would help the Real Madrid outcast.
“This international period is a chance to play. It’s not an ideal situation.
“But it won’t worry us until Eden stops enjoying football.
“At the moment, it is not the case. I think he can end the season strongly.”
After the international break, Real Madrid will face Granada in a La Liga match on November 21.
