Ancelotti wants Hazard to have some patience

Real Madrid boss is optimistic about Eden Hazard’s place in the team.

Real Madrid’s

Belgian forward,

Eden Hazard

, has been unable to find his place in the team since his arrival in 2019, and the La Liga giants’ boss thinks that he must be patient and wait for the right time to become a regular starter in the team.

Hazard has been struggling with fitness issues since his arrival and has only played 30 league games for the club.

"A lot of players who don't play must have faith,"

Ancelotti told a news conference

.

"Nobody thought that Mariano's time could come, but it has and he has enjoyed it and played very well, showing professionalism. That's what Hazard and the others who aren't playing right now have to do."

Ancelotti

has also talked about Gareth Bale, who has been away from the first team with a major injury, but Ancelotti insists that they will be very happy to have him around when he fully recovers.

"The player is committed,"

he said.

"His situation is quite clear. He has had a major injury, he has needed recovery time. He can train before the Rayo [Vallecano] game [on Saturday].

"His national team calls him because they need him. There they will have to evaluate whether he can play or not.

"If the player is fully recovered, we are delighted that he will play for the national team, because if he accumulates minutes he can return in a better condition."
