Tottenham’s Harry Kane not in the starting XI against Wolves

The England international is part of the Spurs’ matchday squad for the battle against Wolves but he is not in the starting XI.

Harry Kane

has been named in

Tottenham

’s squad for the first time after his return from Euro 2020 with England. There are a lot of speculations raising regarding the striker’s future and

Manchester City

are eyeing a move for him before the transfer window closes.

Nuno Espirito Santo

has chosen the same starting XI that vanquished the Citizens 1-0 last weekend. The 28-year-old will be benched next to Ryan Sessegnon, whereas Cristian Romero will not make an appearance. Tanguy Ndombele is also not going to play for the Spurs as he is frozen out by the new Tottenham boss.

Wolves’ new manager Bruno Lage made one change after their 1-0 loss at the hands of Leicester last weekend.

Ki-Jana Hoever will be benched and Nelson Semedo will replace him. Raul Jimenez is going to feature again after nine months of absence due to the fractured skull injury he suffered last year.
