The biggest dream is to win the Champions League with PSG – Mbappe

PSG star thinks a European championship with his club would be ‘fantastic’.

Kylian Mbappe

’s contract with

Paris-Saint Germain

runs until 2022 and there have already been many rumors and speculations regarding his future and possible destination.

Although Mbappe managed to score 42 goals in his 47 outings for PSG in all competition, the France international failed to achieve anything important with the club, as Les Bleus finished the Ligue 1 second in the table, one point behind the league champions Lille, and ended their disappointing 2020-21 campaign with an exit in the semi-finals of the Champions League.

Marca

published a joint-interview of Mbappe and

Neymar

on Wednesday, in which the two stars were quizzed about their ambitions at the club level.

The Brazil international, Neymar said:

"My biggest dream with PSG is to win the Champions League and with Brazil to win the World Cup".

Being asked the same question about his goals, Mbappe replied:

"biggest dream is to win the Champions League with PSG. That would be fantastic."

The 22-year-old prodigy also experienced an unfortunate run with France in the delayed Euro 2020 tournament, as the Parisians saw an early exit to the competition after they handed the victory to Switzerland in the last-16 penalty shoot-outs.

The prolific forward, however, is not disappointed and is looking forward to another World Cup glory in 2022.

"Winning another World Cup would be very good too,"

Mbappe said, jokingly responding to Neymar saying

"the next World Cup is for me".
