Brahim Diaz returned to Milan on a two-year loan and has picked the No.10 shirt that fitted Hakan Calhanoglu last season. The 21-year-old is aware of the meaning of the No.10 shirt at the club.
I am very happy to be back in this big club. I am delighted with what we achieved last season, but now a new season begins and I’ll do my best,”
Diaz told Milan TV.
“These colours deserve my very best that’s what I’ll give.
“I will never forget my team at Milan last season, 21 is a number I like, but I also really like No.10, it’s a unique number at Milan, it’s a heavy number that comes with a lot of responsibility because of the importance of the club and its colours,”
“I’ll give my all for the fans to be worthy of this great club. I feel I can live up to the expectations. I love this club and I will do my best for it.
“I’ve taken the No.10 because I like the number and I am aware of its importance at Milan. It motivates and inspires me. I’ll give my blood, sweat and tears for this great club and I’ll fight to make it a great season.”
