Diego Simeone hails Luis Suarez’s later winner against Osasuna
Atletico Madrid manager Diego Simeone has heaped praise on Luis Suarez as the Uruguayan striker scored a dramatic late winner to help his side fight back to beat Osasuna 2-1 on Sunday night.

After the match,
Diego Simeone
was full of praise for the 34-year-old striker.
“He is always there. He gives us leadership and who better than him (Suarez) to solve a game that we could have lost without him,”
Simeone told a post-match interview with
Marca.
“We will prepare with the same enthusiasm for the final day as we have done since I arrive in 2011.
“The team will be fierce and I want the fans to continue to feel proud of what we have done.”
The victory means Simeone’s side now travel to
Real Valladolidin their final game knowing that a win will clinch the title.
