Boniek believes Zielinski could become better than De Bruyne

Zibi Boniek, Poland Federation President, bigs up Napoli midfielder Piotr Zielinski and claims he could become even better than Kevin de Bruyne.

Boniek talked about

Zielinski

’s improvement in

Napoli

.

“Zielinski is a player with pure technique. He can shake off a marker with a single touch, he’s unpredictable, and becoming a father will help him to become even more mature,”

said the President of the Polish FA

.

“If he scored more goals, Zielinski could become even better than Manchester City's De Bruyne. Piotr is capable of scoring in any way and also provides many assists.

“He is extraordinary and therefore has to perform at the level of an extraordinary player.”

There is another Polish player in Serie A side Napoli who is not taking part in his team at all,

Arkadiusz Milik

was left out following a contract dispute.

“If he stays at Napoli after the January transfer window, then I think it’s safe to assume he won’t be able to participate in the Euros with Poland.

“I am surprised by this situation, and I understand Napoli, who helped the player a great deal. His agents could’ve behaved differently and it makes me angry that they got to this point.”
