Leao:"I believe that the club is on the right path"
Rafael Leao believes that AC Milan is on the right path.
have won 4 out of their 5 matches in Serie A this season and has earned 12 points. After suffering a heavy defeat of 5-1 against Inter, they defeated Hellas Verona 1-0.
Rafael Leao, the Portuguese striker of AC Milan, scored the only goal for the team against Hellas Verona. Leao told GQ Portugal that he believes Milan is on the right path.
“I believe that the club is on the right path, we managed to reach the semi-finals of the Champions League. Now the club’s objective must be to continue to rise, to continue to add, to continue to be strong."
he said.
“And I’m sure that Milan will soon return to winning a Champions League, which is our goal. I speak for myself, I’m young, I’m a player who wants to win big things, the Champions League I think is every player’s dream and we are working for this.”
Leao has scored 46 goals for Milan in 169 games. Last season, he scored 16 goals in 48 games.
