Ashley Young is to leave Aston Villa

With the end of his contract, Ashley Young will leave Aston Villa.

have confirmed that former national team player Ashley Young will leave the team.

Ashley Young, who played for Aston Villa from 2007 to 2011, joined Manchester United after his departure. He then played for Inter for two seasons and returned to Aston Villa again and now, with the end of his contract, he will leave Villa.

“Aston Villa can confirm that Ashley Young will be leaving the club upon the expiration of his contract,”

Aston Villa have stated in an official statement

“Everyone at Aston Villa would like to sincerely thank Ashley for his service to the club and wish him all the very best in his future endeavours.”

Ashley Young scored 39 goals for Aston Villa in his two spells with The Villans.
