Erik ten Hag: "We want to be in the Champions League"
Manchester United suffered a 1-0 loss against West Ham.
After
Manchester United's loss to West Ham, Eric Ten Hag believes that the Red Devils should secure a place in the Champions League.
“We have to keep going and we have to show character.
He said.
"It is only four games and you need the energy. It is in your head, make sure it is not in your legs. Get ready for the games, clear head, energy, focus, and go.
"I said to the players: ‘Don’t feel sorry for ourselves.’ We want to be in the Champions League, the Champions League is our life, and then you have to suffer and you have to sacrifice and, especially, you have to believe"
Manchester United is currently at the fourth position in the Premier League and will play against Wolverhampton Wanderers in their next game.
Liverpool, Tottenham, and Brighton are also fighting for a place in the Champions League.
