Erik ten Hag pleased with Marcel Sabizter's Manchester United debut

The 28-year-old Sabitzer made his debut for United in a 2-1 win against Crystal Palace on Saturday when he came on the pitch in the second half.
After the game, Erik Ten Hag said he is pleased with Sabitzer's performance in his debut.
“[Sabitzer] understands football,
” Ten Hag later told MUTV.
“You see that straight from the start and in training as well. He did quite well, he's really composed on the ball and he knows how to defend.
“We need such players who understand the game and who also bring the right spirit.”
Manchester United star Casemiro received a straight red card in the second half and therefore will miss the next three games in the Premier League. It is expected that Sabitzer will be in the starting eleven for the game against Leeds United on Wednesday.
Sabitzer has chosen to wear the No.15 shirt at Manchester United. He joined Bayern Munich from Leipzig in 2021 and managed to score 2 goals in 54 matches for them. Sabitzer has played for Austria's national team at all levels.
