Lucas Moura linked with a summer return to Sao Paulo

Getting only 245 minutes of football across all competitions under Antonio Conte this season, the Brazilian winger has reportedly decided to move away from the London club when his contract ends this summer.

Joining

Tottenham

from PSG on a £25m deal in 2018, Moura struggled to live up to the expectations at the London-based club as he only scored 19 times in a total of 145 appearances. Now, according to

Goal

, the Brazilian winger intends to move from Tottenham once his contract ends this summer.

Moura's former club,

Sao Paulo

has emerged as a strong option as Moura's interest in returning to Brazil was reported more than a year ago. In addition to Sao Paulo, clubs from Germany, Spain, France, England, and Italy are also interested in securing his services as a free agent.

Since playing for the youth teams of Clube Atletico Juventus and Corinthians,

Lucas

joined Sao Paulo FC in 2005. He made his debut in 2010, scoring four goals and getting four assists in 25 games for the São Paulo first-team.

Paris Saint-Germain revealed on 8 August 2012 that the player would move to the club in January 2013 for a EUR 45 million transfer fee, making it the club's most expensive signing on 11 January 2013. Moura made his presentation against AC Ajaccio, though the match finished with a 0-0 draw. Lucas was a regular member of the international side of Brazil's Under-20.
