Klopp ponders Liverpool of their 3 remaining Premier League matches
After a shaky start to the Premier League, Liverpool will head the weekend placed eighth, 12 points behind Premier League leaders Arsenal. Klopp emphasizes the importance of the three Premier League games Liverpool has before the Qatar World Cup kick-off.
After a Premier League defeat to Nottingham Forest and a 3-0 Champions League victory at Ajax last week,
Liverpoolwill face Leeds United on Saturday before their Champions League group showdown with Napoli, after that a visit to Tottenham before hosting Southampton following an EFL Cup tie against Derby County.
The Reds’ boss,
Jurgen Klopp, emphasized the importance of their three Premier League matches before the season break next month. Asked whether they follow the confidence from Ajax, he told his press conference:
"I think we've had this conversation or a similar conversation after all the games we won or won convincingly – Bournemouth, Rangers, Ajax.
