Juventus Bremer will try to reach World Cup after recent injury

The Brazilian defender has been sidelined for several weeks and is hoping to be fit for the World Cup.

Juventus defender Bremer will be sidelined for three weeks with a hamstring injury.

Bremer joined Juve from Torino at the beginning of the season and has started in 10 Serie A games for the team. The 25-year-old defender made his debut for Brazil in September, playing 44 minutes in a 3-0 friendly against Ghana.

Now he is trying to get over his recent injury so that he has no problem accompanying Selecao in the World Cup. Juve confirmed on Monday that Bremer, who came off in the 52nd minute of their team's win over Torino, is suffering from a left hamstring injury.

He is expected to be out of action for about 20 days and will thus miss the matches against Empoli, Benfica, Lecce, Paris Saint-Germain and Inter, but he may not have a problem for the matches against Verona and Lazio, and he can also be available for the World Cup in Starting on November 20, accompany the Brazilian.

Brazil will face Inter on the fourth day of the competition, and of course Bremer's place in Brazil's team will not be certain. Tottenham striker Richarlison, who was expected to be one of the key players in Brazil in the World Cup, was injured this week and it is not clear that he will reach the World Cup or not.
