USMNT stars join Ted Lasso cast at NFL match in London
Some of United States international players watched an NFL match in London on Sunday alongside the cast of Ted Lasso.
goalkeeper Matt Turner and Crystal Palace's Chris Richards joined the cast of Ted Lasso to watch an NFL match between The Minnesota Vikings and New Orleans Saints at the
Tottenham HotspurStadium on Sunday in London. Vikings won 28-25.
Ted Lasso stars Jason Sudeikis and Brendan Hunt were also seen seated alongside Arsenal women star Leah Williamson during the North London derby on Saturday at Emirates stadium.
EA Sports recently announced that the Apple TV+ hit show will be a playable team in the FIFA 23 video game and users will be able to select Ted Lasso as the manager of Richmond or any other team in Career Mode. FIFA 23 was released on Sept. 30.
Ted Lasso is an American sports comedy-drama Apple TV+ series. It is about a character named Ted Lasso, an American college football coach, who is recruited to coach a fictional English Premier League team. Jason Sudeikis who co-created this Apple TV+ series also plays Ted Lass.
The series has received critical acclaim and its first season was nominated for 20 Primetime Emmy Awards and won 7 awards. The second season received 20 nominations at the 74th Primetime Emmy Awards and won four awards.
