If the budget is provided, Barca will experience significant economic progress compared to last year.

Barcelona

officially announced their budget for the 2022-23 season.

According to documents released by Barcelona, Blaugrana have a budget of 1.255 billion euros for the current season and they are expected to make a profit of 274 million euros at the end of the season. Thus, they will experience an increase of €238 million compared to last season, when they had a budget of €1.017 billion, and also an improvement of €176 million compared to last year if they reach the expected profit.

The club's budget still needs to be approved by the club's members, whose meeting will be held on October 9. First the budget will be explained to the members and then they will be asked to decide on it.

Part of the proceeds will come from future asset sales, and €450m of leverage has reportedly been used for this year's budget. But the noteworthy point in this report is that if the sale of future assets is not realized, the costs will rise and the club will no longer be in profit. However, Joan Laporta is keen to announce that the club is definitely profitable so that he could sign players in the summer.

Barca was facing the problem of registering their players and after improving their financial conditions, they were able to register summer purchases. They hope to have more success in the summer with the presence of the stars who were recruited by the Blaugrana in the summer.
