Chelsea has agreed on a £17m deal with Inter Milan to sign the 19-year-old midfielder, Cesare Casadei, who becomes Chelsea's second piece of business with Inter after striker Romelu Lukaku returned on loan to the San Siro.

youth setup when he was 15. Despite not making a senior appearance for Inter, the 19-year-old midfielder became the Primavera’s top scorer last season as well as being named the player of the competition
head of youth development Neil Bath said:
"Cesare is a player we have tracked for some time and we are delighted he has now agreed to join Chelsea, where he will initially strengthen our U21s squad.
"He is another exciting emerging talent who we are looking forward to seeing develop and progress further as he breaks into senior football in the coming years."
