Salzburg respond to Sesko to Man Utd rumours with hilarious tweet
RB Salzburg striker Benjamin Sesko has been linked with Manchester United.
is interested in signing a striker this transfer window after they scored just 57 Premier League goals last season which was their lowest since 2017. Cristiano Ronaldo also wants to leave United and join a club in the Champions League.

Salzburg's English-language Twitter account has responded jokingly to these rumors with this tweet alongside a thumbs-up emoji:
“We want 300million and Bruno [Fernandes].”
Sesko is one of the most highly-rated teenage forwards in Europe after he scored 11 goals and provided 7 assists in just 1570 minutes last season.
Fabrizio Romano also has confirmed that United is interested in Sesko but nothing is imminent at the moment. He said:
“Salzburg’s plan was not to sell Benjamin Sesko this summer, but rather wait until next year. We’ll know if Manchester United wants to do a deal in the coming days.”
Manchester United has so far managed to sign Christian Eriksen, Lisandro Martinez, and Tyrell Malacia in the summer transfer window. They also are in negotiating with Barcelona over the transfer of Frenkie de Jong.
