Pellegrini turns down big-money offers to remain at Real Betis

Real Betis decided to raise Manuel Pellegrini and his side’s wage by 20% in the summer following a great performance from his first two season in charge of the Benito Villamarin, as per reports from Diario AS.

Manuel Pellegrini

will earn €7m in the 2022-23 season and he has rejected many big-money offers from the

Premier League

, Egypt, and the Middle East to remain put in Seville.

The veteran Chilean has been impressive at

Real Betis

as he led them to get Europa League qualification for two years and in the previous season, he built a team that grabbed the Copa del Rey, which is Betis’ first title since 2005. Betis’ fans really support Pellegrini and praise him for what he has done.

Pellegrini’s current contract will keep him at the club until 2025 and in the next season, his task is to make sure his team keeps being on the right track. Their goal is to have a deep run in the Europa League and finish the La Liga season on the top four.
