Alba calls for togetherness at Barcelona amid financial issues
Barcelona are having a hard time dealing with financial problems as they are pursuing Roberto Lewandowski; therefore, Jordi Alba has urged the Catalans to fight.

has become Barcelona’s main target but Bayern Munich insisted that the Poland international must see out his deal which expires in a year. However, Lewandowski made it clear that he wants to move to Camp Nou.
Javier Tebas said that Barca need to sell some of their prized assets, like Frenkie de Jong to be able to afford the Polish striker.
Laporta slammed the suggestion by saying Tebas wants to “harm” Barcelona’s interest, but the club’s economic vice-president Eduard Romeu revealed that they need to sell some players to ease the worries.
Alba revealed that he likes more signings but knows what situation they are in.
"It's the situation we're in. It's not always going to be rosy. Barca would like to be in a better economic situation,"
he told reporters.
"We're going to go out and if we can't sign we'll have to pull from the academy, where there are very good players.
"It's the idea that the club has and I can't say more. I'd like to sign many players, but the situation is this. We have to be more united than ever, say it all behind closed doors and that's it."
The joints captains of Barcelona are Alba, Sergi Roberto, Gerard Pique and Sergio Busquets after Lionel Messi departed the club last season.
Roberto is the fourth of the captains to reach an agreement for a new deal on Friday, with the others accepting a pay cut to solve the financial problem of the club.
"There should be no doubt of our commitment to the club. I can't control what is said in the press or outside our reach, nor do I want to," Alba added.
"The needs of the club are what they are and we will be here to help. The four captains will help and I'm sure some more. We have always been committed to the club and we will continue to be.
"It's been a difficult year at club level but I'm convinced that next year will be much better."
