Bale’s

contract will expire at the end of the season and he is set to leave Madrid.

“It’s not important if he plays, what's important is Bale is a part of the history of this club.

“He'll always be in the memories of Real Madrid fans. He has written some great chapters, we have to recognize that.”

"He will leave Real Madrid, but we have to wait for what Wales will be able to do [in their Qatar 2022 qualifiers].

"Is it more likely to return to England? I think so, but we'll have to wait and see if Wales qualifies for the World Cup."
