I am happy at Milan - Hernandez after incredible goal against Atalanta
Theo Hernandez said that he netted ‘an incredible goal’ and admits his thoughts as he began that run to vanquish Atalanta 2-0. ‘I am very happy to be at Milan.’
The fifth
Serie Avictory was sealed at San Siro courtesy of Rafael Leao’s goal and
Theo Hernandez
also shook off challenges to net
Milan’s second goal against
Atalanta.
Atalanta complained as they believed the built-up of both goals were done with fouls; however, Mike Maignan had to pull off only two saves.
This means that should Inter fail to beat Cagliari this evening, then Milan will win the Serie A title.
“I do everything for this team, it’s an incredible evening with all our people. After such a long time, they are very happy and I am very happy to be playing for Milan,”
Theo Hernandez told DAZN.
“I started and thought I’m going all the way. It was an incredible goal, but the hard work of all the teammates and the fans made it possible.
“I am glad my son was here to see it, it’s a wonderful night. We are close, we are a week away from the Scudetto, we need to give our all and that’s it. We’re very happy.”
Theo Hernandez was quizzed whether the Rossoneri will get together to watch the clash between Cagliari and Inter.
“No, I want to see my son now and that’s it.”
