Manchester City beat Real Madrid in a thrilling Champions League semi-final at Etihad stadium on Tuesday night.

City started the game brilliantly and De Bruyne put them ahead in the 2rd minute after a beautiful pass by Mahrez. Gabriel Jesus doubles the lead for Guardiola's side in the 11rd minute. Jesus capitalises on a defensive eror from Alaba and slots a close range strike past Courtois.
Mahrez could score the third goal on counter attack but he smaches his strike into the side netting. City had another good chance throuh counter attack in the 29rd minute but this time Foden flashes his strike wide of the target.
Real gets back into the game through Benzema in the 33rd minute. Mendy floats a cross to the back post for Benzema and he scores with a brilliant half volley.
Just like the first half, City start the game brilliantly after the break and Foden scores the third goal with a header in the 53rd minute.
Just two minutes later, Vinicius strikes back for Real. The brazilian speeds away from Fernandinho before beating Ederson with a low finish from the inside left channel.
Bernardo Silva scores for City in the 74rd minute with a stunning strike. The portuguese finds the top left corner with a stunner to restore City's two goal advantage.
Real gets a penalty in the 83rd minute after Laporte's handball and Benzema converts from the spot to bring Real back into the game again.
