has talked about the experienced striker’s form insisting that Balotelli’s weight loss has been a surprise to all his teammates.

Balotelli has returned to his form showing impressive performances in

scoring nine goals and providing five assists in 21 games for them and has proved himself to the Azzurri boss despite being away from the national team for a long time.

Now he has spent three days with the national team in their training camp at Coverciano, and Mancini’s assistant coach Lombardo says the former Manchester City star is in impressive shape, although he insisted that although his changes might be because he has contracted Covid-19.

“He has lost a lot of weight, I don’t know if it was because he contracted COVID-19 or what,”

said Lombardo
