categorically stated that if Dembélé does not renew his contract, he would be transferred during this window for the Blaugrana to recoup at least some of the more than €100 million they spent on the Frenchman in 2017.
Dembélé has subsequently been left out of the
LaLigaside's most recent matchday roster, according to club officials.
The winger has also been absent from training due to sickness; however, it may be a coverup considering the scenario.
Meanwhile, it appears as Dembélé may still have a chance to stay if he so desires.
Dembélé's agent Moussa Sissoko landed in Barcelona this afternoon, according to
Mundo Deportivo, for the last meeting with Barca's top brass.
