The Napoli coach has praised the Nigerian star for his impressive form.

Ahead of his side’s league match against Verona, Spalletti hailed the 22-year-old for his unique qualities upfront.
“He is similar to Weah, probably not as strong technically, but with the same quality. He also reminds me of Van Basten. Osimhen is young and he can reach those levels.”
Asked about his side’s incredible run of form, the Italian manager responded:
“Everybody expects us to stay at this level, including us,
“We want to stay at the top, but we can’t guarantee this result. We need consistency and I believe the team has room for improvement.
“On Sunday, his majesty Koulibaly will be suspended, but I have great professionals who can make up for his absence.

Osimhen has been called up to the Nigeria squad for their World Cup qualifiers against Liberia and Cape Verde.
