Maguire was forced back into action before recovery

Harry Maguire’s

poor performance in

recent games, there have been many fans and pundits questioning his quality, but now the reports have been suggesting that the high-profile defender had returned to action before having recovered from the injury, which could have been the reason behind his poor performance in the Red Devils’ defeats against Leicester City, Atalanta, and Liverpool.

The player had been struggling with a calf injury that he picked during Manchester United’s defeat against Aston Villa in the Premier League and had been away from the action in their Champions League clash against Villarreal and the match after that against Everton, but with Raphael Varane’s injury in that time, Maguire had to return to action to help Solskjaer’s defense line, which doesn’t seem like a good decision now that we have seen his performances in those games as they conceded 11 goals in his first three games after his return and we can assume that he was not ready for action when he returned to the club’s starting lineup.

The reports suggest that the player was ten days away from full recovery when he was included in the Red Devils’ starting lineup against Leicester.
